Together with the University of Tartu and organized by the Finnish Institute in Estonia, the Granö Centre hosts a lecture series known as the Granö Lectures. Representatives from different scientific and cultural spheres are invited to the University of Tartu to speak on topics of current interest in their respective fields.
The lectures are organized monthly during the academic term. They are followed by discussion and an evening at the Villa Tammekann. The purpose of the Granö Centre is to promote scientific and cultural exchange between Finland and Estonia. The lectures are recorded for later use whenever possible.
More information on the Granö Lectures is available on the website of the University of Tartu.
